Fall is my favorite time of the year. I loved the change of leaf colors, and the cool change feel of the air when I lived in NY. To say living in FL in the fall is completely different, is an understatement. Now I make any excuse to break out into my fall/winter clothing the few times the temperature drops into the 60s. 🧣🧤And after several years of living here, I’m still adjusting to wearing summer clothes on Christmas Day. 🩴🎄

Besides the clothes of fall, one of the best things about the fall season though, is decorating. The fall colors are so rich and warm. This past weekend I ran across a really intriguing Facebook site called “Sustain My Craft -Cleaver DIY, Crafts & Upcycling Ideas.” They had some really unique ideas to make simple items extraordinary seasonal features, like creating decorative wine barrels, decorative trees made out of driftwood, and great ways to personalize gift-wrapping.
